The Australian Cricket Team is the Champion in both forms of the games of One Day Cricket as well as current ICC Test. Australia has won 395 of the 691 ODI (One Day Internationals). March 12, 2006, the day when history was formed in ODI version of game of cricket. In this ODI international at New Wanderer Stadium at Johannesburg, the world champions scored a record famous total of 434 runs in 50 overs only to be broken by South Africa who scored 438 runs with just a ball to extra.
